HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
Simply select your event and quantity of tickets via the booking form and enter all of the required information. Once you are happy with your order you can then click the ‘Buy Now’ button.
From here you will be directed to Paypal or Stripe, which are our chosen payment gateways. You can now login to your Paypal account to complete the payment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account, as you are able to pay by entering your Name and email address and card details through Paypal to complete the payment. Alternatively you can pay via Stripe.
Once your payment is complete you will then receive an AUTO SMS Confirming the completion of your order. Your e-ticket(s) will then also be sent to your registered email address. You will need to download or print out your e-ticket(s) and take them with you to resort. Alternatively you can store the tickets on your phone.
Once you have arrived in resort, simply present your e-ticket to one of the REPS and they’ll sort the rest.
*Please read the info on your e ticket as some events will require you to pay your final balance at a different location or 24 hours before.
WHAT IS A DEPOSIT E TICKET?
A deposit E ticket is an e ticket confirming your reservation via a deposit. By paying a small deposit you are securing your place on your chosen event. The remaining balance is to be paid when you arrive in resort.
Once you have selected your event and date, and completed the payment process, you simply download or print off your Deposit e-ticket(s). All information in relation to payment of the remaining balance for your event will be contained in the e-ticket(s).
OK I'VE BOOKED - WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have completed your order, you will then be sent a confirmation e-ticket. This will have an outline of your order and what to do next. Your e-ticket is your confirmation of your reservation for your chosen event, so you will need to either download or print this off for when you arrive in resort.
Once you have arrived in Resort you will need to pay any remaining balance and pick up your official event tickets from the location stated on your e ticket
In order to collect your official tickets you will need to present to our ticket staff your e-ticket along with your ID as proof of purchase.
Once you have paid your outstanding balance you will then be issued you with your official ticket(s). Here the event REPS will also provide you with any further information / instructions you need for your chosen event.
OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM
To protect ourselves and our customers our payments are handled through Stripe and Paypal, two of the worlds most safest and secure ways to pay online. Don’t worry, you don’t need a PayPal or Stripe account to make a payment, you can simply enter your card details in without the need to register.
Once you have selected your chosen event you can complete your order via Stripe or Paypal.
WHERE TO PICK UP MY TICKETS
Once in resort you will need to collect your official tickets and pay your outstanding balance at the event box office stated on your e ticket. As this is a deposit ticket please check your times to which your deposit booking will be valid until.
Example: On the day of a VIP Pool Party booking, the booking will be valid until 1pm and the outstanding balance will need to have been paid by 1pm or the reservation will be voided and sold.
CANCEL OR AMEND BOOKING
If you would like to cancel or amend your booking then please contact Carl@feelsummer.com. All amendments or cancelations must be processed 48 hours before your event date. All cancelations will incur a small admin fee of £2.5 per ticket
WHAT IF I MISS MY EVENT
If for some reason you miss your event then please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 009 6344 and a member of our team will do their best to help.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY E TICKET(S)
If you lose it before you arrive in resort then please email email@example.com or call us on 0800 009 6344.
If you have paid your final balance and lost your Official Paper tickets in resort then you will need to return to where you first collected your tickets in resort.
IS THE REMAINING BALANCE PAID IN GBP, DOLLARS, OR EUROS?
Your outstanding balance AMOUNT will be displayed on your e ticket in GBP (£). Depending on your Holiday destination you will need to convert your money to the local currency used.
Below is the currency to use per resort.

WHEN DO I PAY MY FINAL OUTSTANDING BALANCE?
Your remaining balance is paid when you arrive in resort. In order to manage Event capacity – All remaining balances will need to be paid at least 24 hours before the event date (unless otherwise stated on e ticket). If this is not possible, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 009 6344 to sort out alternate arrangements.
