WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY EMAIL WITH MY TICKETS?

All tickets can be downloaded from your customer login area. Simply log in to the website using your registered email address to access them. Please note that tickets will only be available for download once full payment has been received.

HOW DO I PAY MY REMAINING BALANCE?

To pay your remaining balance, simply log in and use the payment link displayed next to your order. Alternatively, you can complete your payment using the link provided in the payment reminder email we send out.

ARE MY TICKETS OFFICIAL?

Yes, at Feelsummer we hold exclusive agreements with all our partners and operate through integrated booking systems. Our Feelsummer tickets are recognised worldwide. Every order made through Feelsummer is directly acknowledged and approved by the event organiser, guaranteeing your place as an official booking.

The reason we don’t work with every event organiser in each resort is because we hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards. To partner with Feelsummer, events must first pass our strict quality assessment. We only collaborate with the best and most reputable companies in each destination — working with world-renowned names such as Coco Bongo Cancun, ITV’s Love Island, Seńor Frogs, Elrow… as a measure of our commitment to quality. This ensures we eliminate low-quality events and guarantee you the best possible experience on your holiday.
