Please arrive at 11:30am at the Caribbean Carnival Pier. It's right next to Playa Tortugas Ferry terminal, Blvd. Kukulcan km 6.5, Kukulcan , Zona Hotelera Cancun. Please leave your hotel in time. The boat will depart at 12:00pm sharply if you don't arrive by that time the boat will leave and you will not be refunded.
