When flying to Magaluf you will find yourself arriving at Palma Airport which is around 20 – 25 minutes drive to Magaluf. However this time may vary if you are traveling via coach or with your holiday REP. If you traveling by taxi then expect to pay around €40 – €50. Also remember that Magaluf is 1 hour ahead of the UK. Magaluf is best described as an adults version of Disney Land, a location where you can purely leave all you worries and inhibitions at home and let loose whilst you slip into the all famous state of temporary sun madness. If your looking for a resort that offers endless sunshine, sandy beaches, exotic cocktails, an electric atmosphere and a heated nightlife, then this is most definitely the place for you. If your after a quiet and relaxing holiday then we’d probably advise you to look elsewhere. With a forever expanding range of Bars, Clubs and Attractions and with so much to do and see, this is definitely a resort where you’ll find it impossible to be bored.As Magaluf holds an extensive range of Bars, Nightclubs and an endless amount of Attractions this is not a place for lightweights. These are 7 major clubs located in and around Magaluf: – BCM Planet Dance Magaluf is host to one of the biggest in Europe ‘BCM Planet Dance’, voted 6th best club in the world in 2013. BCM attracts all the A-list DJ’s and artists such as Calvin Harris, Judge Jules, Paul Van Dyke, Skrillex, Radio 1’s Danny Howard, Tiesto, David Guetta, Nervo and many more. If you haven’t been to Magaluf before then BCM is certainly one to put on the Agenda. We nearly forgot to mention that once you pay entrance into BCM you will receive FREE drinks all night and collect your FREE BCM merchandise pack. Your entrance stamp will also permit you entry into the BCM first floor, which is located on Magaluf main strip (free drinks apply here too). MAGALUF BAR GUIDE

Magaluf is home to many popular bars such as Coyote Ugly, Baywatch Bar etc. In Magaluf the Bar scene is split into two. You have the main strip as you can imagine contains a lot of bars and then you have BCM square. We recommend alternating between the two. All bars in Magaluf have their own exclusive drinks deals. GETTING FROM THE AIRPORT – PALMA AIRPORT TRANSFERS You can go by bus but it means going into Palma and then changing. It can be a lengthy operation depending upon your time of arrival.

But if you still have to visit a doctor, there are many private doctors in town – a visit will cost you between 75-85€ – which you can claim back on your insurance. There is also a national health clinic. BUSES The following buses run from Magalluf/Palma Nova to Palma: the 104, 105, 106 and 107. Ask your rep for more details.

THINGS TO DO IN MAGALUF

Try not to stay in bed all day as Magaluf has lots to offer. Although after a heavy night out, the temptation to stay in bed all day is all to appealing, dig deap and try to drag yourself out of bed and into your pool. Magaluf’s 1600m stretch Beach is always a popular option. Rammed full of half naked, bronzed holidaymakers toping up their tans as they lay on the crystal white sand. However if lying in the sun isn’t your thing then why not dabble into some of the beaches water activities. From Jet Skiing, Para Gliding, Banana boats, booze cruse, Donut Rings, Scuba Diving, Magalufs beach has it all.

For shopping why not head to Palma City Centre which is around a 20 min bus journey, costing as little as 3 Euros. Here you will experience a nice refreshing shopping break away from the hectic Magaluf scene. MAGALUF WEATHER

located in the southwest coast of the island Majorca in Spain, at the western end of Palma Bay. Magaluf weather is excellent. Magaluf has great Mediterranean weather that is very suitable for summer and beach holidays in Europe and in Spain. With an average temperature of 24 degrees, Magaluf is the perfect place to enjoy your clubbing holiday. Summer in Spain (Magaluf) ranges from hot to sizzling.Temperatures on the mainland during July and August regularly hit 30°C, and in the Balearics you can expect around 11 hours of sunshine a day – Perfect for a summer holiday.

May – Temperatures can range from 15 – 26 ºC during the day but at night the temperature will drop so best to pack something warm. The sea will also be quite cold still. June – you begin to feel the heat. In June you can expect temperatures to range from 18-26 ºC during the day. At night the temperature will drop a little but it will still be very warm. July – Time to get the good old suncream out. Apply your sun screen modestly as you don’t want to wend up like a red lobster. The lowest can be around 20 ºC, although this is rare, and at the hottest it can be 32 ºC. August – This is Magaluf’s hottest month with temperatures reaching up to 34 ºC and getting quite humid (about 70%). You’ll find the temperature will stay steady with a humid temperature throughout the night also. September – september is usually still very warm with the average temperature being 24 ºC.

MAGALUF BEACH

(Playa de Magaluf) is the leading beach of Magaluf with its soft white sand and crystal clear waters. In the heart of Magaluf, Playa de Magaluf is the longest beach in the resort at some 900m in length and the most popular.

By day recover on the long stretching sandy beaches, the ideal place for a spot of light swimming and topping up that all important tan. The Soft sandy beach is both a great choice for sun worshippers to relax or alternatively a great place for an adrenalin rush with the option for All kinds of water sports including water ski, jet ski, banana-riding, pedal boats and paragliding. There is even a water ski training school. A perfect location for you and your friends to hang out.

During the summer the beach of Magaluf can be crowded and noisy. Some love it, some don’t. Hosting its own Jetee the Magaluf beach is one of the main meeting points for all the major Booze cruises in Magaluf – which again adds to its ideal location. Along the Magaluf Beach front your find a selection of shops as well as chill out restaurants and bars. At the top end of the beach your will also find the Famous Nikki Beach Hotel and in the middle the also famous Sol wave hotel – Host to Magaluf first every surf Machine. There is a small island about half a mile offshore ‘Isla de sa Porrassa’, (The island is known by tourists as “Big Rons Island” ).
